"Matrix of Corruption II"

Back again!!! Victor follows up last years report to Capitalist Forum with "Matrix of Corruption II". All of us have followed with wonderment and pride as this man pursues his man and subject matter. Below is our Bio from last year as Victor updated us on his multi-year pursuit of Bill Richardson and his crowd on the Pay-to-Play scandal that has darkened our state. Alas, there has been movement and there has been money returned. So, things do work??!!!

Special Note: Victor will also be speaking with us on another red-hot pursuit. The fantastic water battle that is heading toward what could be an explosive climax in Indian country. A novel in the making? YES. And our Victor is right in the middle of it!!

"MATRIX OF CORRUPTION"

In July 2008, Victor filed the first pay to play lawsuit on behalf of whistle blower Frank Foy, former Chief Investment Officer of the Education Retirement Board. Since then, they claim to have helped uncover a web of corruption - "A Matrix of Corruption" - involving the highest levels of the Richardson administration. The "Matrix" reaches from New Mexico to Texas, NY and California.

Tonight Victor will describe:
  1. How Richardson installed his operatives at the State Investment Council and ERB;

  2. How Anthony Correa (friend of Bill) arranged $22 million in kickbacks on SIC and ERB investments;

  3. How NM schoolteacher money was used to pay bribes in New York;

  4. WHO the "players" are !

  5. Why campaign contributions are only a small part of the corruption.

  6. How New Mexico taxpayer money ($7 million and counting) is being used to cover the "defendant's" legal fees!!

Note: Victor has never been accused of not being passionate and no one to date can claim to have fallen asleep during one of his presentations.
